warm welcome onsite parking
the staff provided a warm welcome, which i thought was nice. parking was available on site, i found that convenient, not all hotels provide this.
the window could only be opened a small amount.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. my room had good quality furnishings. the service from reception to the restaurant staff was excellent.
my room was smaller than expected. the decor seemed a bit tired. the pub needs some polish.

the location is great. it is a short walk to the train station. the mains fed shower worked fine. breakfast offered good options.

convenient location quality furnishings
the location near the town center was very convenient. the room was spacious with good quality furnishings. excellent service was delivered from reception to cleaners to restaurant staff.
i found it totally overpriced for what was on offer. the hotel seemed small and in need of an upgrade.

selection teas breakfast choice interesting shops
the room featured lovely white company shower gel and shampoo it also had a selection of nice teas and biscuits. breakfast included a wide choice of options it was well presented. the location is convenient with interesting shops nearby.
